  • นี่มันเป็นผัดเนื้อและผัก ที่ใส่พริกแกงมากกว่า =_=

  • IM THAI. YEEEEAAAAHHHH!!!

  • No Offense but this is not how you should cook Thai green curry. Also the thumb nail Picture for this video is not even close to the disaster you have made... I dont like putting people down but your a bit of d*ck, people don't need to told what the best cooking channel is... especially when you are wrong.. your channel sucks!

  • That beef looks tough as boots, haha! Looks ace though.

  • i think green curry should be green? no sweet basil? no fish sauce? anyway it looks good but its not thai green curry :)

  • I don't mind if you used packet green curry paste but your method was so wrong. it doesn't look even close to real green curry. I can tell you because I'm thai

  • Looks absolutely perfect. I will try this tonight or tomorrow but will probably use chicken instead of beef. Thanks a lot :-)

  • it looks nice man but have you ever been to thailand ? it needs to be a lot more saucy, a lot more coconut milk in the mix, if this is just your prefered method "no worries" but if it is suppose to be authentic i reccomend looking at a few thai videos to get the ingredients and textures right.....and i am not being a bastard. just trying to share as ive been to thailand sooooo many times and i love the food and do a wicked curry and pad thai.....but it looks tasty either way

  • For the technique that you're using, a wok is not necessary. You've nullified the purpose of the wok.

  • I love curry but for some reason I feel intimidated to cook it myself!

  • Hey Greg, I made Thai green curry by your directions. It was absolutely delicious! Thanks for sharing it :)

  • At least he manages to keep the beef moist pink and juicy..

If you dont add the right beef at the right time..

You could end up with tree bark.

  • I would add some bamboo shoots.

  • Pff rubbish using packet sause, your a rubbish cook should stop makin videos or show us how to make it from scrash might as show us how to use a phone to call the thai takeaway LOSER

  • @sophiewardill Do notice the title of this video. Easy being the keyword. To make the green curry paste would've taken a lot of steps and effort to make (gathering the ingredients not even included), which this video isn't about. Also, that was just a pre-made curry paste, not even a sauce.

And onto the video, I wanted to make something easy and simple with a curry taste. This looks bout as easy as can get. Thanks. :D

  • nice axl rose outro

  • I got the green curry paste the other day, didn't use it still now coz the directions on the back of the paste jar seems quite confusing. But this video helps me:-) Today, I can finally taste it. Thanks!

  • I LOVE THAT DAMN JINGGLE!

  • Cooking with a paste isn't really cooking :|

  • rofl "should have cooked this yesterday then dammit!"

    halarious

  • Forgive me Lord for what I was thinking. Greg your a S*** Man. That word is a no no for me even what i was thinking. lol.

  • please added captions. thanks you

  • that is not thai curry...

  • Gregg, Gregg, Gregg, You're a courageous man, Really! Don't tell me you are a

profession cook/ chef. And 95 like it, you gotta be kidding !!!!!!!

  • i already used all my coconut cream ARRR GREGGG!!

  • that's definitely not thai curry but i don't watch this channel for the recipes... its the handsome charming host that got me to subscribe... greg, how youuu doin ;)

  • Blokes cooking for blokes right here.

  • Greg this looks like the furthest thing from a thai green curry, as a matter of fact it looks bloody awful!

  • you havent a clue how to cook really do u?

  • hey greg man that looks extremely delicious man think you can put that in writing in the description box?

  • My Thai meals, people either love it or walk away with a sore gut and a burning ring of fire. If you make a Thai Red Curry, try to get your hands on Emu meat.

  • hello master chef!

  • i just made the curry :D cant wait 2 eat it later:P

  • YUMMO, MY FAVE....MUCH NICER THAN CURRIED SAUSAGES :) GROSS!!!

  • I agree with a few of the other comment's, It would add A LOT of flavor if you seared the beef first and carmalized the Vegi's in a seperate pan with a bit of oil. But every one has there own taste and opinion.

  • Green Curry put's me in a day's relationship with the Latrene! Sorry Greg! lol!

  • For American viewers: What he calls coconut cream, we call coconut milk. If you buy coconut cream here, it's the super-sweet stuff you make pina colodas out of.

Greg: where's your cilantro, thai peppers?

  • Hi Greg. This cooking-chanel is a great idea! Good on ya'..

This dish looks great! You may want to try to ad the meat before the coconut cream so it can caramelize a bit on the outside. It really brings out the flavour of the meat..

  • If you gave us an HD option, this would certainly be food porn.

I bet Brisbane has kickass curry products. NYC isn't bad, but the last time I was in Oz, the difference in Southeast Asian food was astounding.

  • I'm double blessed so I'm making 2 comments.

Improving videos, but I must warn you, Americans may take you seriously by sticking their fingers in boiling water. I know this to be true because more than one bear witness to a hot finger.

  • I personally would use, rice bran oil for it's cholesterol lowering properties. It is real, unlike canola which is genetically modifies rape seed plant. Frankenstein food.

The original rape seed oil is considered carcinogenic, that's why they frankensteined it.

It is called Canola because it was abominated in Canada.

Now I have passed on the story of the Canola, time for a cup of tea. Earl grey? Yes earl gray. I often talk to myself, because I get a better conversation.

  • @whereismygracejesus l not into worrying about cholesterol or fat content in my meals, flavour is the most important thing to me :)

  • @whereismygracejesus Pffff come on. Clearly, you should use extra virgin oilve oil. It discourages bad cholesterol too and is also real and not genetically modified or highly processed, just pressed. It's nearly the only fat I cook with, and it tastes great in everything.

  • @shrikechan Surely you meant COLD pressed.....

Here is a hint for the boys, add 1/4 tsp of ground fennugreek to this dish. It promotes natural increase of testosterone for improvement of the male horn.

  • @whereismygracejesus nice post canola sucks...is olive any good?

  • @canadamonster I'm not sure, olive oil does have a distinct flavor that may not or may enhance this dish according to taste. Rice bran oil is more suited to higher temperature cooking.

Have you noticed that Greg uses allot of cream in his cooking, I'm not sure we should approve of this? Pineapple would enhance hotness of curry. Interesting thing about pineapple, it makes male semen more appealing in taste, for some people this is a bonus. I was thinking of mrstripyhead whom may be watching;)

  • @whereismygracejesus Why not use sesame seed oil, it cooks great, it can tolerate high heat, is healthy, and tastes great.

  • canola oil (Gm rapeseed oil) :(, cook with raw virgin coconut oil mate or butter :) much healthier I don't want you dropping dead on us!

  • this looks so good I had to watch the video two times.

  • This recipe looks great. I'm going to try this for sure.

  • Dude...Looks great. 1 tip 4 ya, If you brown the meat first then put in the curry and cream, the browning of the meat will add even more flavor. Good job !!!

    Chef Bozely :-)

  • Yum!

  • buy me a plane ticket

  • MMMMM so yummy Bro but i'll take the veggie thanks. H&R Bro

  • mmmm.... curry..... yum!

  • @Gevedon mmmmm i love curry

  • 6 A.M. here, and this video made me so hungry that I'm going to make a

    green curry omelet for breakies.

Suggestion to you & all Thai curry lovers: using your blender or food processor, make a paste of fresh basil, cilantro, and mint with a little peanut oil(even better w/ macadamia nut oil. (You can make a lot and keep individual portions in the freezer) Stir a teaspoon (or more) into the curry just before serving, and expect an epicurean orgasm.

  • @Midnite687 sounds like a great breakfast!
