to be fair 7 wasn't double kicker, it was a blast beat. so it went Snare bass over and over again to make it sound fast. And what is done with Those Extreme Genres of metal is in recording they will have the drummer record sample kicks and then have him drum basic drum parts and then add in the kicks after. This isn't because they can't do the kicks like that, its because on the album they want it clean, and even with a steady beat. Branden Smalls exposed that secret.
