And I know EVERYONE is a bit of an exageration but in all honestly Ive seen atleaset one person with recon every other game I play in or more every since odst came out. I dont have it, and personally I could care less. It's an armor piece which use to mean something other than game skill up until ODST release. Now having recon doesnt mean anything anymore. It's just like the katana.
