Please don't lose those arms they are fantastic. Your small waste really brings them out. Do you know how big around they are? Figure seems the way to go for you. Good luck. :)
@handymanharry1 I am happy to say that I will not be losing muscle. Someone on my channel told me about the new physique division that started last year and I am thinking strongly of entering the contest in May in South Carolina. It is open to all so I may be competing with gals 10 years and younger than me, but I have a better shot at placing and won't have to sacrifice all my strength and muscles, may actually put on some more muscles for the show. :)
@dynamicstrength607 That's great news! I think it's just the right division for you. And, sure, there may be younger girls there but you've got muscle maturity. :)
If you want to celebrate your muscular physique and be around hundreds of thousands of people who feel the same, go to the Arnold Sports Festival March 1st to 4th in Columbus OH... There are 100,000+ athletes there, so many muscular women and men you lose count! And you'll fit right in and wonder why you ever doubted yourself. Plus there are tons of hot single people into weightlifting. Google it. Oh...btw all hotels in Columbus downtown sold out. If you need a room send me a msg.
@craigjones21 I wish I could go, but my kids are in school and I have to be here, but perhaps I can plan for it next year and make arrangements to go. Sounds like a great opportunity to meet people in the same area of interest.
Thanks for letting me know. If you hear about where the next physique contest will be in 2012 please keep me updated. I would love to compete in that new category.
All I can say is that if your muscles are bigger, you should be making a new flexing video to demonstrate your progress. Especially after pumping your biceps up. C'mon, share the results! Great job developing your physique. You're inspiring and you look great!
Normally I refrain from posting on this topic to avoid being a creeper, but since you're asking - I think it's actually extremely attractive for a petite woman to have big biceps. If anything, I was a little sad that you were thinking of trimming them down. Hopefully something such as physique or bodybuilding will better appreciate your efforts =)
@magnusmagneto23 Thanks, I would love to compete in the new physique category. I'm not too fond of the idea of losing muscle size when I worked so hard to get to where I am in strength and size. I will have to do more research about a contest I can enter and have a chance at winning.
@dynamicstrength607 You pull it off real well. Don't feel like you need to do a competition if you are not going to be happy with what competing will do to your body/goals. You obviously have great discipline and interest in the sport. Follow that and see where it takes you. If you want to get smaller then get smaller. But if you are proud of the mass you put on and want to keep it or even put more on do that.
@handymanharry1 For example, I trained for years to put as much muscle as possible on. Last year I got bored with it, stopped going to the gym and got out of shape. In June I picked up muay thai (kickboxing with elbows and knees), fell in love with it and decided to direct my weight training regiment towards that. I now hit the gym 4 days a week. The moral of the story is that if your training deviates from your interest then the whole pyramid falls down.
@dynamicstrength607 It's not unattractive, but quite the opposite. It's beautiful. It's a shame actually to lose some quality muscle for some competition, and all you get in return is maybe a plastic trophy.
@dynamicstrength607 It's a new division that only started in the States in 2011. The physiques are sort of in between figure and bodybuilding. Pretty much women who are a bit bigger than figure but don't want to be as big as bodybuilders (or as ripped). For an example check out Dana Lynn Bailey who was a big winner last year (just bear in mind that she's one of the best). You look to me like you carry a bit more muscle than the average figure girl so thought it may suit you more.
@Aussiemandias101 Thanks for letting me know. I will definitely have to check it out I wasn't too thrilled about having to lose so much strength and muscle to compete in the figure competition. Maybe this a contest I'll have a chance at competing in without losing too much of what I've worked so hard to achieve.
@dynamicstrength607 Yeah if you want to maintain the kind of size you've worked so hard to build then physique sounds like the perfect division for you. And from what I've seen from the competitors at your kind of height you've got just the right shape for it. The routine in physique is more about showing your physique rather than some of the more high energy stuff there is in figure which is different. Definitely look into it - I think you'd do great with such a terrific shape as you have.
This was at the end of your workout. Fantastic. I know if it was at the beginning, you could have done several more reps. Personally, I don't think you need to make your bis smaller...When you diet down they will lose some size.
why dont you lock more out? like, why are you only bending them to like 90 degrees? thats not a full rep..

It's obvious from watching your workout videos that you do NOT use steroids. I wish more BB's would be like you and build muscle the natural way.

You so need to make another flexing, this time, just all biceps, please.

@lovebuffmuscle Yes, I am trying to get my midsection a little trimmer before braving it into a suit to do one.
As soon as I get where I want my abs to be like, I will attempt another flexing clip.
Thanks for watching and subscribing to my channel.
Take care.
