IF we can only remember to reach out to our angels when these times of self doubt creep in and know that they can and do love us unconditionally and will show us the way to self acceptance, self love and peace for our world. yes loving yourself is one of the most important things you can do, not to be confused with loving yourself and pampering yourself. Telling yourself your hot and feeling good about that is fine, but it's not the same as loving yourself the way you are. Wheb you love yourself, everything else just falls into place, your looks, how people react to you, and how they see you suddenly change to the better when you do.

it's a standard moleskin journal. the paper is not too bad, but i make sure not to use too much water. :-) glad the vid was 'a good meal'!!

good question wendylee. :-) it isn't an easy process, but there are many approaches to start a self-love/ self-acceptance process. :) i might do another vid about that.

Also, by loving unconditionally, I think we are showing that we have enough love for ourselves, so we can give it freely to others, without expecting any in return, because we don't need it for others. I think anyway ;p So thanks for sharing a part of you with us youtubers!

Thanks for the video. I completely agree with you, and I think that it is more self-indulgent and egotistical for us to expect others to love us, than just giving ourselves the love. When we love ourselves we become whole, and our love becomes abundant, so we are able to share it, share ourselves with others, instead of being co-dependent, and draining others of their love, their energy.

oh yes, co-dependency is a whole new chapter of this complicated concept of self-love and love of others! indeed, some people fill the void with the love of others to an extent that it can completely drain the other!
