I have easycap 2.0 and after sifting through the fairly confusing setup instructions I have no picture or sound. I think something went wrong when I was installing the drivers and I don't know how to fix it. The company, Ulead, apparently does not offer technical support for this product anymore so i'm at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

how to fix "unable to switch to capture mode" easy cap problem. I got past that once but, there was still no picture. I have everything installed, all my cables connected. Nothing illegal involved, all from the store. Its pissing me off. Is it possible that the easycap wont show the picture if I use a usb extension cord. Hey al you people having problem it's because u r using an Xbox 360 with a normal easy cap u need a dc60+ to get the pal 60 hz setting otherwise nothing will come up and if u set it on 50hz the Xbox will tell u to change it back when u go to play a game like halo 3 or modern warfare 2
