That's Super Corrupt Vergil from DMC3 however his DT form is that of Spardas. In the actual game though when you choose this skin Vergil turn into Nelo Angelo when you DT. It can be kind of confusing because Sparda wears nearly exactly the same outfit but Sparda's hair is slicked back rather than Vergil's slightly messier do and Sparda has the monocle thing going on

Vergil's UMvC alrernate is based of off 'corrupt Vergil' a extremely pale red eyed 'lifeless' version who serves as an unlockable from Devil May Cry 3 special edition. However his devil trigger in Devil May Cry 3 is Nero Angelo. His new devil trigger for his UMvC alternate is Sparda's true form. The Sparda form is used by Dante near the end Devil May Cry and serves as a random transformation in Devil May Cry 2.

Vergil was supposed to resemble Nelo Angelo in his Devil Trigger, but I don't think Capcom was able to implement his form in there, so he uses Sparda's Devil Trigger for instead. Like father, like son I suppose. His zombiefied-looking appearance is when he was corrupted by Mundus. It's also an alternate costume for him in DMC3.

Nelo Angelo, but the fact that he uses the FOrce Edge ( Sword of Sparda) in the game could expain why they made that the Devil Trigger, since as in DMC3, sing the Force edge lends the use Spardas power and gives them his appearance, as with Arkham ad Dante dcostumes in the DMC game.

The Vergil skin is from Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition in which you can play as Corrupt Vergil. Corrupt Vergil resembles Nelo Angelo, who is Vergil after he is defeated by the main boss of DMC1, Mundus. I say this because after DMC3, which is a prequel to DMC1, Vergil, in weakened condition from fighting Dante, tries to take on Mundus, but is defeated and brainwashed, turning him into Nelo Angelo. Odd to note though that the Devil trigger turns him into Sparda, when he would normally turn to
