Secondly, wtf, don't talk about yourself like that no matter how much you dislike you body.

The only things I do are crunches and push-ups at night, and I get excercise every day cause of my dog...other than that, it's genetics.

If you really don't like your body, change it. There's not much you can do about a small chest, but everything else can get changed.
