Freddie died 2 months later from cancer that spread to his back. It would have been much better to put him down immediatly. I am sure he suffered to the end................

People, adults and children alike, who abuse and abandon animals should have a mandatory felony record that they'll have to explain to every employer and potential spouse who does a background check for the rest of their lives. There is something fundamentally wrong with people who can inflict such torture and neglect on defenseless animals.

Thank you for having compassion and drive to rescue those who deserve so much more than their humans who failed them so badly were willing or able to give.

Oh, I'm sorry, I saw the update from May 20, 2009 where you said he had to be euthanized due to aggressive and painful cancer. He knew love and kindness and comfort thanks to you people...THANK YOU! Hope he's an Angel in Heaven now and forever safe from evil and stupidity.

Not much makes me cry anymore...I'm all cried out...but my eyes teared up for this guy, and for the love you all have for him. I hope he had the best outcome possible...same for all animals. The "human" race sickens me as a whole. Puppy millers when first emerging should have been locked up and fined for extreme cruelty to animals, but instead they thrived. Justice to us all...and for your rescue work you are heroes.
