To answer the poster's inquiry, I believe this song was only meant to be a representation of Pepe's character role and not actually fit in with the continuity (if there is any) of the main show. Granted we've seen Lola crushing over and even dating Bugs after the wedding. This could mean that: A) She and Pepe got a divorce, B) She's cheating on Pepe, C) The episodes in which she and Bugs go out are set before the wedding, or D) The episodes are just unrelated occurrences with no continuity

@mgg121288able Yes, but this one is more in-character with Pepe (well, as in-character as they can make it in the modern-day incarnation of Looney Tunes. Usually they omit Pepe because he's not as popular as the others, but I think ever since Dave Chappelle called him out for being a "rapist" -- which is the half-truth, BTW -- he is kinda making a comeback, only they changed his hopeless romantic persona into more of a loveable sex maniac).

@The4EverYoung85 Not as popular? He was easily one of my favorite characters. Was he seen as more of a one note character? Perhaps, but he certainly appeared in enough shorts and other media to render himself as at least a secondary character. Even Lola, who wasn't introduced until Space Jam, has gotten a supporting role on the show (albeit, with an entirely different personality) while Pepe has only gotten cameos. It just seems strange to me
