You may not like their sound or style, that is all subjective to your personal preference, but cant you at least admit that these guitar players are talented? I watched your videos and you are doing a lot of sweeping/arpeggio solos which these guys do a lot of too. They also have a lot of tricky time signatures and technical changes. Image wise yes they look like some mall metal kids but they can certainly play their instruments.
