It's not the "large minority populations" that are the problem. These things happen in all communities.
I live in Scottsdale,AZ where people make great money on the average and there was a gang of caucasian hoodlums doing the same thing at one of my apartment complexes a couple of years back. They stole just about everything and not one was a minority.
It's even happening in small populated cities now, so you can forget that pal...I have a friend that lives in the middle of nowhere and his home was robbed
Except that "in the middle of nowhere" these problems are solved by shooting them in the head, then laughing about it down at the local bar, later on with your buddies.
Did you even read the "TEXT " in the side bar? They were robbing people as they were in the store paying for there gas by going into there cars, Figure because they knew that alot of them wasn't locked...But thats typical Miami (aka) little Cuba,
