I work at Wal Mart and 50% of my pay checks have be at least 10 hours short! I get payed only every 2 weeks. The Wal Mart workers are able to give money from their checks, thats where the charity starts and ends. Mr. Scott does not speak for everyone, notice how he beats around the bush. If they paided me in full on all my checks there wouldn't be a problem, but that hasn't ever happened!

I had great benefits as an associate, and have the same benefits as a manager. I'm thankful for how enerous this company is with its benefits.

As a manager at Wal-Mart that started out an associate 2 yrs. ago, I can vouch for what a great company his is. And the other 395 associates in our store agree. Why don't you bash Kmart or Target? retailers that operate on nearly the same principles? I quit Kmart because my manager threatened to fire me if I didn't work off the clock.

right, but the point is that wal-mart doesn't survive unless people continue to shop there. so people can complain about wal-mart and how evil it is all they want. but until people stop shopping there and their profits diminish there's no point in trying to comprimise or complain about the company. in a capitalist society many people must be supressed in order for a few to achieve success. it's just how it is. the only way to fix the wal-mart problem is them going out of buisness.
