Compared to 5 individual movements and combined movements (chords) on top of rhythm this is simplistic.

3 buttons, minor rhythm with scratching periodically, and the cross fader which is used FAR less often than strumming.

well, i guess my issue with it is that they are taking songs and just mixing them. They are just profiting off of the originality of the two tracks, and simply combining them. But hey, if you like it, then you listen to it. My opinion counts only for me, as yours counts only for you.
