  • I wanna lick the spoon :D I wish my mom could bake & cook like you :(

  • I just ❤your🍰 it's so 👍

  • Were do yo find goses meshing cups and mashmello cream

  • @kuraitenshu1 The cups I found at a thrift store and the cream at the grocery store

  • I'm so hungrryyyy

  • Regarding your "monstrosity" video .... Some folks like short, some need the more detailed video. It all boils down to what product you want to put out there. You can not please 100% of the people ever, so do your thing the way you want to do it.

  • @joannemspence1963 Thank-you for this :)

  • I'm lactose intolerant. Could I use lactose free milk?

  • @animelover12385 Sorry, never cooked with that stuff so I'm not sure. But I'm going to guess that you probably could.

  • Are you my math teacher???

  • @EresBelle lol, nope!

  • mhm

  • I would like to lick the spoon...

  • @MsPufflover ikr

  • Can I substitute white chocolate chips for the butterscotch chips? I know it will create a different flavor and color but I can't find it anywhere in my place.

  • @caille101 It would be a different flavour but still good :)

  • @yoyomax12 I thought so too! I love white chocolate chips. :"> Gonna make these later. Thanks a bunch! Keep it up, girl. :)

  • I ALSO WANT GOOSE MEASURING CUPS!!! :">

  • I trie this and it turn aup liquide butttttttttttt I put the liquide on ice-cream mmmmmm

  • Im going to make both of ur new peanut butter fudge recipes!:) my husband will surely love them!!

  • Oh my gosh, that looks so yummy.. But my mom would never let me make any types of sweets since she hates them. TT _ TT

  • Can you show us how to make peanut butter fudge using real peanut butter?

  • if you don't add the butterscottch, would it be like a caramel sort of thing?

  • @iluvcatz321 This recipe needs the butterscotch chips otherwise it won't solidify (set) properly. It would be like a liquid caramel I guess.

  • I want that marshmallow fluff

  • mmm or i could add walnuts? :D oh i made the five minute fudge yesterday with my sister and it turned out delicious ^.^ i want to try some of your other recipes

  • @gabrielamarcano453 You can substitute any kind of nut in this recipe

  • who else tried to lick the marshmallow fluff off the spoon.....

  • @yoyomax12 oh ok Idid not evn notice that

  • I love your videos and photos at the end! Thanks for the perfection ! :-D <3

  • is it overpowering sweet?

  • @azielafeb3 It's fudge, it's very sweet

  • can the pecans be optional?

  • @GleekGabbie I say in the video

  • do we have to use evaporated milk

  • Hey, I just tasted it, IT CAME OUT GREAT!!!! Thanks for the video!

  • I'm about to make it, wish me luck.

  • Oh my gosh! I never even looked at the description box to see that I won the bulk barn bag! Thank you so much! Im sooo happy! :) lol!

  • @Nikbunny29 You can send me your mailing address using YT private message or with the email address to used to contact me the first time :)

  • Mine got to 234 in about 1-1/2 minutes after it started to rapidly boil. Good thing I had my trusty candy thermometer...lol Kids and hubby loved the fudge. I only had 1-1/2 cups of butterscotch chips and had to add 1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips. It was fabulous, thanks for sharing the recipe. Merry Christmas! :)

  • it looks like peanut butter ^^

  • Ah I love how you speak I hate it so much when people go um...than pause for a long time than say spoon or say unessacary stuff that people already know anyway great job!

  • @lilbunnyjin I appreciate this comment very much, thank you for telling me this.

  • Yum, I made this tonight and it turned out perfect!!! Thanks for sharing. :)

  • @yoyomax12 and @Nijichan3

    Thank you!

  • Would I be able to make this without the pecans? Thanks!

  • @Nikbunny29 Yeah, she said so in the video... you can actually probably add another kind of nut or even candy or something (as long as it won't melt!) if you wanted to. It's the glory of fudge; you can change mix-ins to whatever you like and it's still delicious.

  • @Nikbunny29 I actually mention that in the video.

  • I am SO disappointed. Even though I used a candy thermometer this was a FAIL :( It was very thick and I had trouble spreading it in the pan. I couldn't even add the pecans, Suggestions?

  • @donbert61 Sorry it didn't work out, all I can think of is that is was cooked too long or too hot, that's usually what makes fudge set too quickly. I've never had an issue with this kind of fudge before

  • @donbert61 could be room tempeture

  • You should do a bake sale

  • "Anyone wanna lick the spoon?"

    YES!!!! <3

  • Can you make a kermit the frog cupcake?

  • When I use marshmallows should I melt them before adding them or just add them? Thank you!

  • @kezzymodo just add them and stir they will melt as you heat the mixture.

  • @yoyomax12 you should really do a Santa Claus cupcake for these christmas episodes! I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!! i've actually watched all of them :D

  • Another good pice of equipment to have for candy/fudge makeing this holiday season is actually sillicone pans. Even the most stobourn treats just pop right out when u can fold and bend the pan they are in.

  • @Jamminjc2 I am going to be investing in some those soon :)

  • @Nikbunny29 yepp it'll just be butterscotch fudge:D

  • @yoyomax12 Thanks, but when I asked, I was wondering if there is a substitute, like candy, or chocolate. x

  • sounds so nice might make this later :) merry chistmas :) xx

  • if the candy piece is too hard have you not cooked it long enough or too long?

  • do all of your friends and family gain like 10 lbs in December because of all of your goodies?? :P

  • @TiffanyTries Maybe...... lol ;) No one complains too loudly though

  • Drool!

  • Love your videos! They're so easy to follow! Can you do a video on coffee cake please? I can't find any videos as good as yours hah

  • This gets an 11 on the 1-10 yummy scale! I love butterscotch and pecans! I'm do glad you shared this recipe! Thank you! Can't wait for the rocky road fudge!!

  • oh god i feel diabetic now just by watching the video haahaha...but it looks good :D

  • How much time on average do you have to boil it with the ice water method?

  • @VictoryFire88 I would say about 6-7 minutes at a full boil.

  • mm fudge..

  • Hi, Yoyomax I'm a big fan of your videos. I was thinking, if you could maybe show us a "kid friendly" soup recipe? (If u know any...) Mainly, because the winter has really brought me and family down and the usual chicken and veggies just won't do it and I find a warm hearty bowl of soup really does the trick! Thanks :)

  • "One half of a large goose" haha that made me laugh.

    Those measuring cups are amazingggg.

  • I am crazy for fudge, you made it perfectly!! It looks so good.

  • Great recipe! looks super yummy!

  • How do you keep your wooden spoons the same color? Mine have turned a darker brown at the spoon end.

  • @PinkAddictive the spoon you saw is a newer one, mine get darker at the spoon end as they age as well.

  • I made peanut butter fudge using the marshmallow cream once. For some reason it turned out like taffy!! haha I could have pulled it!! It was good but not fudge like at all. I haven't made any since.... :p

  • If you don't have butterscotch chips, what can you use in replace of it?

  • @polkapeppers I'm not aware of any substitutes for the butterscotch chips except for chocolate chips, but then you'd have chocolate fudge. Still good, but different.

  • @yoyomax12 I see, thank you!! :) Cause here in the Philippines, I'm not sure if we have those here. So I wanted to see if I could substitute it. But thank you so much! :) Love your vids!

  • "One half of a large goose" :D

  • Ok thx @kittycat1021

  • could I just use chocolate chips instead of butterscotch....??

  • @onestampless Yes but then it wouldn't be butterscotch fudge, but still good.

  • I love how you talk to the camera... ,,anyone want to lick the spoon?" hahaha

Thanks a lot for posting vids.. love them. My favorite channel. Keep up the good work!

    Merry Christmas from Iceland!

  • Yummm :D

  • this is great! I just picked up alot of pecans & didnt really have a good idea what to make with the extra (besides pie) & i might just do this the day before christmas eve :D

  • Lick the spoon? I'd be glad to :DD

  • @yoyomax12 I know this sounds very stupid, but I have a nut allergy, could I simply leave out the nuts? x

  • @happyday581 thats an odd question cause in the video she said if you dont want to put them you could, then you would call them just butterscotch fudge.

  • @kittycat1021 I know that, I was just asking if there is a substitute. :)

  • @happyday581 I say in the video you can leave them out if you'd like.

  • make*

  • is it going to do a big difference if we use regular milk ?

  • @cdaute there so different, you should stick to the recipe lol

  • @cdaute Not a huge difference, probably will be softer fudge and not as creamy

  • i wanna lick it

  • You killing me with hunger!! :,(

  • " half a large goose" i wasnt watching when you said that. I was like WHAT? . but now i know :)

  • Want to lick the spoooon :P will definetly make this as its my son and my birthday mid january :)

  • Can I haz the spoon??

  • Instead of marshmallow cream can u use Fluff? I know its the same thing but i prefer fluff over marshmallow cream

  • @cutekawaii1899 you said it yourself, it is the same thing! fluff is just a different brand.

  • @cutekawaii1899 I think they are the same stuff aren't they? Use whatever brand you'd like

  • Very Good! Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

  • Mmmm going to try that Christmas eve.

  • I love longer videos so enjoy watching them where you speak as you cook but also enjoy the videos where you voice over! I do love the longer videos though Tammy

  • looks so yummy ..i use parchment to line the pan ..yum ..thank you for sharing

  • Just wondering...why do you always measure butter in the actual cups? They say on the packages 1/2 cup butter = one whole stick..

  • @JiGsAwMoFo Our butter isn't sold in sticks here.

  • @yoyomax12 Ohh right, I forgot you're in Canada. Dur..k that makes sense

  • @JiGsAwMoFo Well, that's not quite true, it is sold in stick in one brand but it is very expensive. I'd say that 90% of the butter sold and available is sold in one pound blocks that you have to cut up.

  • oh, and I do believe there is a clone recipe for marshmallow creme out there

  • This looks amazing.. it may even be something Scott would try. hmm. May be a go!! :)

  • I WANNA LICK DA SPOON!!!!! I love marshmallow fluff! =D But these look really yummy! Might try this one day!

  • I want the spoooooooooooooooon! :)

  • this looks sooooo yummy thanks for yr recipe :) x

  • yeiiii finally !!!! I WANNA LICK THE SPOON :3 <3

  • What do you do with all this food that you make? Does your family enjoy it or do you always give away treats to your work?

  • @juliaSitpar I make a ton of baking this time of year to give away as gifts to many familly members, neighbours, teachers, bus drivers etc.. instead of buying gifts.

  • @yoyomax12 Oh. Well still in Canada;) haha!

  • That looks so rich and creamy! I've gotta try this one!

  • Enough sitting around...I'm going to the market...I have to make this!!!

  • Looks great!

  • omg want to eat the marshmallow cream.

  • I sooooo want to make this now! For those in the UK who might want to make it and who can't get marshmallow cream, there is one place that sells it which is Selfridges they sell large tubs of "fluff" it's kinda pricey though £5 for a large tub so the fudge done with the actual marshmallow cream would have to be a real treat lol.

  • Yes, I will lick the spoon! Looks sinfully good Tammy!!

  • Where did you get your Betty Crocker cookbook?

  • @bjwlsn1 It was in the check out line at the grocery store. I really enjoyed it I think I made 6 recipes out of the one book. For recipe books that is a rare thing as I am lucky to get one usable recipe in one

  • are you sad or somthing in this video ?

  • @DumDumkawaii No :)

  • @yoyomax12 but i dont live in america, i live in norway and we dont have butterscotch

  • @DumDumkawaii I know.. I've had the same problem. you could try to make it yourself or buy it online :)

  • @DumDumkawaii Sorry to hear you won't be able to find the butterscotch chips. There are many fudge recipes out there that won't use them, you just need to look around

  • Suppose you could use walnuts or peanuts? Looks good!!

  • @Elvis66 yes any kind of nut would do

  • "Anyone wanna lick the spoon?" Haha! Looks super yummy! :)

  • Great fudge recipe Tammy ! I can see how creamy it is....thats the preferred texture of fudge..to me.

Do you ever make Maple Fudge? Its my fave & can't seem to find a decent recipe for it anywhere. Would love to make some for a very special Xmas treat.

Merry Christmas to you and yours !

  • They look great! Tasty treat :)

  • i always thought they where swans XD

  • I so love fudge might make this and take it on my trip to my sisters tomorrow if it makes it that far....lol A little tip on your marshmellow cream take the lid off and nuke it for 10-20 seconds depending on your microwave that warms it up so it comes out of the jar easy...

  • @yoyomax12 This looks delish!!! Thank you for all your videos. (and I love that I found someone who's lives in BC. My uncle lives there;) Could you do a video on homemade Caramel?? Thanks again:) -BigSis5970

  • @Bigsis5970 I'm actually at the other end of the country in Ontario :)
