its a job you just dont put water down your shaving the ice and not to much you dont want to fill the hopper before your done and the water has to be hot,also when was the last time the operator calibrated the hot water tanks for the correct temp, do you use the wash water system and how much rpm are you traveling are the blades sharp or dull etc etc
