Whites and others are just as talented as asians are. Just look around YouTube. Some of the best concert pianists are non-asian. I think it's prob the backgrounds from where the ppl came that influence the amount of hard work that goes into anything. So now that doors are more open, the non-whites can catch up or surpass the white counterparts. I think if more whites came from equally poor societies, they would eventually get this same drive too.
