I'm sorry but the cat doesn't exactly enjoy this method of feeding. Take any hungry animal in captivity and they'll eat this way too when they're hungry enough. Forcing your "culture" on your children is one thing but a house cat? Appearently, soceity is dumbs it down to entertainment, calls it "cute," and moves on.

Most cats actually LOVE to be spoon fed in this fashion, although it is a more noticeable enjoyment in cats with long fur and cats with rather short face/noses. This is mostly due to the fact that they get otherwise indigestion from their own hair as they eat and especially drink.

However I've never thought of doing this with chopsticks, i commend you for your use of them, some cat food although solid may have a very difficult shape to latch on to.
