Ok, this is 3/1 in fallujah in November of 2004. I was with 3/8 when we relieved 1/8 from the battle. Now, this is when shit was hardcore right now Iraq aint shit and all those battalions such as 3/1,1-8,3-5,3-8,2-2 and such, all of them have new marines and they don't know what the fuck is up!!! I've done 3 combat tours...and I feel sorry for all these new boots and sorry for us! Cuz if they don't get the job done we are going to get recall!!! Fuuuuccckkkkkkkkk!!!!!
First of all did you leave the Corps as an NCO? If so how long were you an NCO, and have you ever heard of or read the NCO creed? Who do you think is responsible to guide, mentor and train new Marines? Good thing you got out. Yes, there is a good chance you might get recalled but because the Corps is increasing its numbers.

Now, the corps is going quantity over quality now!
You can't even discipline marines now in the fleet!! Half our battalion was pending court martial cuz of hazing! YOu telling me that making a marine do push-ups when he fucks up is Hazing..come on man!!
