If you had a guy holding you down while you are trying to get up you would push at him to get off you. Suh ended up pushing the guys helmet into the ground. Which looked worse then it was. Then stomped in frustration end the guys arm happened to be under that stomp. But you can see in both instanced the guy wasn't hurt.
Get a table and two chairs. Plus a stand for that microphone and a poster of a TYT sport logo. Do all shows on the roof, since you are the only ones at TYT that raise it.
Suh was grabbing by the helmet and shoving the guy into the ground. When he got up he stomped or kicked the guy. No doubt Suh is totally guilty for losing it on the field.
