The other CQB/hostage rescue/capture is just demonstrations, common practices in the whole world. @mn8aol They are special,physical techniques...Probably the most effective close combat fighting style, Systema Spetsnaz is taught to US special forces like Rangers. The other CQB/hostage rescue/capture is just demonstrations, common practices in the whole world. Spetsnaz training is something they cannot show in live television...its too violent/morbid and people actually die or if lucky can get fatalities
