  • kimchi is a bit spicy for me, but i love how koreans are so upbeat about it! great video!

  • @belanina05 some Koreans don't like kimchi that much, but it's such a Korean staple that most of them love it. Took me awhile but know I love my kimchi!

  • @qiranger Thanks! Yes, it's one of my best so far. It was so fun shooting the footage. Shame Shame Shame on me for not editing it last year, footage just sat there while I did other stuff. But, it's finally edited and it came out great!

  • Great video!:) I have the hungries when I look at that meat cooking up.Actually, when I was in Korea the best kimchi that I tasted was in Jinju city where I was invited by Korean friends. Apparently, the secret to the best kimchi is the fermentation. The longer it is kept the better.

  • @MyGlobalCitizenship I have to disagree, my friend. I love the fresh new kimchi the best, I love how it's spicy yet sweet and crunchy. The fermented kind is somewhat mushy and tastes a little like pickled kimchi. Maybe I will learn to like the old kimchi more someday. It takes time, with me.
