I could definitely see this as a playable tournament viable character if they make 4 changes(to 2 moves)

Fair is only the first two fireball explosions down.

Fair sweetspot damage is 1/3 (15%)

Down B is only the bottom two fireball explosions on the first pillar.

Down B can't air stall.

I would definitely love to see Phantom Wings as a new Pit. :) Amazing idea.

There's already people working on recreating them. As for actually pulling them from the game itself, that's not possible, because there's virtually no files to pull.

Actually, somebody came close to finishing a Geno in brawl, look it up.

He was able to get it in pictochat, and a player selection and unlock text for it, but when game starts after 1,2,3 Brawl crashes.

it seems that thes "smash attack" could be pretty interesting.

although i wonder, can you put in an efect that the character doesn't have, but have it go with an animation that the character has?

for example, you change mario's final smash to a recolored zero-lazer, but you use the stance from the mario finalie, giving him a lazar attack

i also wonder if you can make something like "clerk diddy-kong" and have all of diddy's attacks fire strong items

Well, if it's a universal effect (such as fire or electricity effects, since any character can use a Fire Flower, etc. or get hurt by a fire attack) then yes. If it's a character specific effect (such as Mario's FS fire effect) then no.

up special: does a regular animation, but it makes an explosion earthquake when he lands.

side special: throws a huge Gordo using the box throwing anamation. 1 hit KO if it hits an opponent

normal special: same as normal, but it has a much bigger range (almost as big as final destination) and can shallow in a millasecond

down special: Swings hammer normally, but it shoots a star. The star then bursts into flames, plowing throw any opponent in it's way.

No.There is virtually no info in the game. There's a texture meant for Mewtwo that's 128 bytes (the size of Game&Watch's 1-pixel texture), meaning there's nothing in the texture. That's it. :(

You can download the ISO and burn it to a CD/DVD (I can't remember which .-.).

If you have a USB with enough space you can download the ISO and put it on that then download USBLoader GX, it allows you to load game ISO's off of your USB

The pac file for Phoenix Mario does, but you need a file patcher code for GeckoOS to get it to work. I dunno if there's a PAL version of the code.
