@armyfan1993 Oh thank you :) Well.. I started to look at tutorials when i was in high school and sort of practiced alot. So by time i learned myself. I often watched other retouch videos (no tutorials) and wanted to do the same thing. So i decieded to practice alot :) To form lips, shape and other stuff I use liquify, you can find it under "Filter". To form eyelashes i use "free transform" and "warp".
