I dont make a ton nor a little, but the Jaguar XF is beautiful im just afraid of buying it and those tires or the 1000's of electronics that car has would go out three years after since its not a cheap fix further down the line.. i will just pretend i suppose lol....sigh..
sry but the new Si isnt as fun as before. also the new engine is good but isnt as rev happy engine like it used to be and its loud, and the "so call" redesign was a joke.
ill take the optima 4cyl, or if is even less money but good overall. ill take the new Elantra Limited

i think the cayman r would have been a good contender. i have test driven it and its a very balanced car. sure it may not be luxurious but its a fun car
I'm sorry and I know Charlie is a staple of roadfly tv, but he truly drives me insane. I'm not sure if it's his inability to properly articulate features, or that he comes off as just being some frat-guy who never outgrew that phase, but I for one am happy that his "reviews" are rare. And I know Charlie and the rest of the gang read these comments, and I'm sorry if my criticism is too harsh, but you just don't have the goods...

@A13kSAk3 The only Porsche that I considered was the 911 GT3 R but I didn't drive it so I can't include it as per our rules. I always choose normally aspirated cars over turbo cars which is why the 911 turbo isn't my fav. for "Money no object". I'm also not really a luxury, big car guy so Bentley, etc. aren't my thing either. I like small cars that I can toss around, move in and out of traffic, park easily in DC, and since I have 2 kids I always go the 4 seat route.
@Ugross2195 There's one on our Top 10 list (next series episode). This list was our fav. cars/trucks/suvs, etc. but none of us considered an SUV as our fav.
@rforracing It was an awesome car but it's a 2012, we were only doing 2011s, and it still wasn't better than the Boss. ;-) 2012 Best Cars will be done in January.
Because that was the last year the car was manufactured. They've stopped making the Roadster all together and are concentrating on the new Model S. Hopefully we'll get to test that in 2012. And by "we" I mean "me".

WOW Ford pay you guys much? The New Civic blows as well. Honda is going down the drain so much, id much rather own an 09 civic vs the '12's. And who really cares about the other hosts. these are the only 2 that matter.
@roadflytv Did you guys ever do a test for the new 2011 Dodge Charger R/T? Personally I'd have to say that's my favorite car this year as far as general affordability, how fun it is to drive, and luxury. I do agree though that the Boss Mustang is definitely the one to beat.
Hey Ross we have something in common, That M3, That M3 and I say it again, That M3 coupe I want a Red one or dark blue one with a tan interior and dark wood trim or carbon fiber treatment on it. Mine I want it to be a 6spd manual old school. I love the M3 and every time I see one revving it makes my heart sing. The M3 is a perfect combination of sport and luxury, Actually a performance of a super car half the price!. Maybe I will get it soon and if I dont, I will settle for a 335 for now. Thanks

The KIA Optima is a very nice car too for the money, seen a couple and they look much more expensive than they are and the features are great.
