Also, Alonso woln't be fighting for any titles in that Renault, according to Pat Symonds, Renault are disappointed with the performance of their car at the last test. Too bad Alonso didn't put his head down and get on with it when he was at Mclaren, at least he'd win more races that way!
i don't think hamilton is better than alonso... as i remember, neither driver consistently had the upper hand on the other, they looked pretty equal to me, i actually think alonso may be slightly better... hamilton is slightly faster, alonso's race craft is slightly better, hamilton's wet weather driving is faster, alonso's consistency is better, hamilton can charge harder, alonso can defend better...
fuck the loser alonso. he is to weak to fight against the baby hamilton. in germany we say he is drawing in the tail...michael and ayrton are the greatest ever! i hope that alonso will have a lot of bad luck with his inferior renault in 2008.

I don't think it would have been a walk-the title is very close, and Alonso is at McLaren, who are very close to Ferrari. Would have been fantastic for Alonso and Schumacher to have a round two though!
