@thuglifezeem716 your statements vague, but i think you misinterpret the 3-4the packers have fat men on the line because they run a 3-4, the pass rush is supposed to come from the OLb's and the DL plays the run, while eating up more than one offensive linemen, the problem came from no pressure opposite clay so the offensive lines all slid to double team clay and chip him with a back, and by the time clay got there the coverage broke down. 3-4 linemen are supposed to be big, 4-3 ends arent
@usaid1234 False. With the anemic pass rush the Packers have, the secondary could be Revis, Woodson, Ed Reed, and Nick Collins, and WRs and TEs and RBs would still be open all day long.
That team needs SOMEONE who can get to QBs other than Matthews.
I saw QBs stop to tie their shoes in the middle of passing plays this year, and still get up and complete the passes before anyone got near them.
@usaid1234 You know that the reason that the secondary was so bad, was because we couldn't get any pressure to the QB. It's easy to find an open WR when you have all day in the pocket.
@usaid1234 I dont think 31 interception = horrible secondary.. nor do i think i even need to say that when you look at the personnel. Charles Woodson, Tramon Williams, and Sam Shields make a very fine trio of corners.. Probably one of the best in the league. Missing Nick Collins this year hurt alot and it showed, ntm mr Peprah is a definite backup(not terrible but he is and always will b, a backup) and Morgan Burnett who's basically still a rookie.. Green Bay doesn't need a corner...
I see him more as a 4-3 guy than a 3-4, but he can still probably make that transition to a 3-4 OLB if a team asked him to. I see him going in the top 20-25 picks.
@radioblood I was think the same thing....the guy has the ideal size and quickness to be an OLB in the 3-4. I'm a Jets fan and I'm hoping this beast falls to us.

He definietely CAN convert to 34 OLB ala Lamar Woodley, DeMarcus Ware.
Jerry Hughes has failed in Indy because he was meant for a 34 OLB spot, NOT a 4-3 DE spot like he's been asked to play in Indy.
He should be dealt to Green Bay.

I have to disagree on your statement that he "wouldnt be able to fit in a 3-4" Probably not likely, but if he falls to Green Bay...watch out.

He's not suited for OLB in the 3-4.
Huh?
