Great video! I did this to my home last fall and it had a noticeable difference in both the comfort and amount of heating fuel used for the winter. My home is over 60 years old and the installed insulation was no more than 1" deep. I actually had to put my insulation between the ceiling joists, so I can add more in the future for even more energy savings. At the moment you can actually get a federal tax credit for doing this. It's is absolutely worth the time and effort.
