Nattlord, the song is called "How Soon Is Now?" by Love Spit Love, and every season does have the same song, except for the last season of Charmed, the contract for the theme song expired and they needed a song just like it, it's changed on the DVD, but, as far as I know, they didn't change it on the actual episodes on TV.

This song is great and it goes so well with the program.

Pheobe looks so much better with her hair at a medium length like at 0:36 and especially 0:53 but looks really bad with short, short hair. I think so anyway.
