@mvax I don't even do rack lockouts anymore. These helped me get past my stick point. I only do full deadlifts now, simply search Scivation on youtube and you will see.

@rejman Hence calling them "rack lockouts" and not simply deadlifts. This is indeed a movement targeting the back with little leg involvement.
