How to Open CMD if it is Disabled by an ADMIN

IT DOESNT WORK my computer at home sais  cmd/command pront has been disabled by the administater and nothing will let me into cmd

@steppets101 right click on CMD and click "run as admin". If that doesnt work you have to sign into the Admin Account and do it!
