I highly doubt it's the prison as the newer trailers specifically the promo from the end of Episode 1 and the action promo for S2 has only shown 2 churches (one small and one larger) and Hershel's Farm which it can't be that. In the brand new promo from E09 it looks like a school.

@GAMEZLIVEZ This trailer was done in August I believe, when Darabont was still filming. Darabont had filmed 8 Episodes. 7 Episodes have currently aired. February 12th's Episode is the last of Darabont's Episode. They were finished when he was fired, but not finished in the editing process. It's possible to footage was working before he got fired so he kept in the trailer. There was an article discussing this and how he raced to fixed the footage in time of the premiere but couldn't.
@GAMEZLIVEZ Episode 9 is written by a writer from the Wire I believe, and Episode 10 is written and directed by Greg Nicotero(the zombie make-up expert and best friend of Darabont) which will be awesome. I forget who's writing Episode 11. There's 13 Episodes in Season 2, 7 have already aired and Episodes 8-13 will air in February and wrap up with the finale in mid March. No one's really the main director anymore since they switch every couple episodes for fun. Season 3 airs in October 2012.

@GAMEZLIVEZ No. For anyone watching this vid, the scene shown at 1:03 "Everyone grab a gun" "our life depends on it" are all from Episode 1. The thing is, Episode 1 was supposed to be a full 90 minutes long. It was supposed to be about Rick returning to the city with the others to warn the Vatos that it's not safe in the city (and probably after Rick heard what Jenner told him-that people turn into walkers even if they die of natural causes) so Rick raced to the hospital but found everyone dead.
@GAMEZLIVEZ Then they take all of the guns from the building and other things and pack up and head out of the city. We then see Rick on the radio talking to Morgan. Since this footage was damaged, we only see the end of that episode in the premiere, which shows Rick on the radio talking to Morgan-which is now the beginning of the premiere. The premiere is around 60 minutes long. Basically it's missing 30 minutes of what would have been the vatos story wrapped up but was taken out.

@lgtkpazo if you look at where Shane is running, it honestly doesn't really look like Atlanta. I don't know to be honest. I'd like to answer your question but I have a strong feeling it could be a flashback, maybe he's running after escaping from the hospital where Rick is from, so a flashback. I don't see how that could have been in the premiere, and it looks way too intense to be shown so early on in the Season. Shane has also abandoned his cop uniform so even if he grows his hair back...

If you look at the premiere, and this deleted episode in this trailer where they go back to Vatos hideout, Shane is wearing an ordinary beige shirt. In this trailer watch?v=grWV8WZtAQc he is running with that shirt on, and carrying a bag. This is most likely the bag of weapons they took from the vatos.

It looks like they all had to run. It could still be Season 1 since this was in June and I believe they started filming Episodes 9-13 sometime after August. Maggie becomes angry with Glenn for not keeping the secret and ruins his hat in retribution. Dale gives Glenn his trademark hat as a replacement. Maggie later makes a plea to Hershel for the group to stay. She and Glenn also have an argument about the walkers, after which they eventually admit their feelings, kiss and make up.
(2/6) Rick and Hershel argue, with Hershel demanding the group leave within a week. Rick uses the my-wife-is-pregnant card, but Hershel's not persuaded. Shane also wants the group to get the hell out of there because of the walkers in the barn, but Rick uses the same excuse to cool him down. However, Shane then becomes convinced that Lori's baby is his.
(3/6) Dale takes off with Shane's guns to hide them in the swamp. Shane tracks him down and demands he give the guns back. Dale points his rifle at him and threatens to shoot. However, he backs down at the last moment, since he has no wish to become like Shane: he reveals that he knows Shane shot Otis and lied about what really happened. Shane heads back to the farm with the guns.
(4/6) Hershel has Rick help him and Jimmy try to fish some walkers out of a nearby pit of quicksand and lead them into the barn with snare poles. He says the group can stay on the farm if they agree not to kill the walkers. They arrive at the farm about the same time Shane emerges from the swamp and hands out guns to other members of the group.
(5/6) Shane sees the snared walkers and goes berserk. He yells at Rick and Hershel as they guide the walkers towards the barn, with the rest of the group and people in the farm looking on. He pulls his sidearm and unloads it in the chest of one of the walkers, demanding to know "Could someone who's alive just take that? Why is it still coming?" Hershel has no answer.
(6/6) He finishes off the walker with a headshot, grabs a nearby pickaxe and breaks open the barn door. Walkers pour out, T-Dog, Daryl, Shane, Glenn, and Andrea form a line and open fire. Once the dust clears, one more walker emerges. Sophia. Rick finally steps up next to the others, pulls his six-shooter and kills Sophia with a shot to the head. End episode.
Unique how they changed the cast of Hershel's farm. Originally he had like 7 kids in all age ranges, twins which were even near Sophia and Carl's age & his wife passed away prior to the outbreak. Instead it looks like he doesn't have a son of his own except for in marriage, his wife is a walker, and he just has those few girls except that boy he took in. Kept Maggie in though, but I really don't see TV Hershel warming up to Glenn any time soon. Love the dynamics, can't beat it!
Wonderful show. Of all the vampires and witches sitcoms, the zombies finally have their spotlight! lol I hate the season will be split for a few months, but I guess it's easier to wait that long than an entire year like we did for Season 2. I wonder why so many people are telling comic readers to shut up, the show has it's own originality to it, let the folks conversate about their opinions in peace.

I think with the new characters and plot twists they might switch things up from the comics, like when Rick loses his hand in the comics, he might not in the show. Or if he does, they might switch the role of the Governor to being Meryl- that'd be irony. I hope they find Sofia, yes she's a minor character, but the kids display innocence and hope in the broken world. We'll just have to wait and see.

@archangel2467 I'm sure they'll make a reappearance either later this season or next season along with Michonne. In the comics Morgan's son got bit and turned, but Morgan didn't have the heart to put him down, so they left him locked in this cabin. Morgan continued on with the group, develop a relationship with Michonne, but then after a year of survival, during the zombie siege of the Alexandra-Safe Zone, he got bit and Michonne killed him before he turned. Who knows what the show will be.

@archangel2467 I'm sure they'll make a reappearance either later this season or next season along with Michonne. In the comics Morgan's son got bit and turned, but Morgan didn't have the heart to put him down, so they left him locked in this cabin. Morgan continued on with the group, develop a relationship with Michonne, but then after a year of survival, during the zombie siege of the Alexandra-Safe Zone, he got bit and Michonne killed him before he turned. Who knows what the show will be.
