@CantFaketheFunk Go to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\rads\projects\lol_air_­­client\releases\0.0.0.114\dep­l­oy\assets\sounds rename the ko_KR folder to en_US (or es_ES, fr_FR or de_DE if you dont have the english client). and change the name of the folder with the same name to ko_KR. this will give you the Korean voices for champ select. - ese1230

I don't know if it actually works tho.
