I thought: WTF?! This isn't parkour, this is some guy jumping from one rooftop to another! The best traceurs will tell you that their parkour runs don't jump from rooftop to rooftop (as fun as that may be sometimes).

This jump is just crazy xD It looks way far and the height only makes it a huge risk (as we've all seen). The point I was trying to get across is "Don't do things that would hurt you. Even though you're confident you can make a large jump or drop without immediate injury, don't do it." You're right, real big jumps and drops will only mess up your joints in the longrun.

Parkour is about body control and knowing your limits as well. He should know what he can and cannot do because he obviously doesn't know what he's doing. Also, he should've known how to react, by cat-ing the edge or craning it, and at the very LEAST, do a parkour safety roll to break his fall.
