I wish forza 4 had a 24 hours of Le Mans race. I think the night time environment is amazing. The closest thing Forza has is evening.

Damn! At this moment I'm currently on the Le Mans 24 Hour B-Spec race and I stayed up most of the time to see the sunrise in the game. I watch TV for half an hour and then I come back and the sun has already risen :@ Oh well, at least I can do the race again knowing when the sun will rise.

The 24 hour races of GT5 are not condensed to 24 minutes, they are real time: 24 hours with no saving, but you can pause.

@CrewOmega Yes and no. It really is real time 24 hours but you do get to pause the game. The two 24 hour races (Le Mans & Nurburgring) take, for the average gamer, a week to complete. I'm absolutely OBSESSED with the Nurburgring and the 24 hour race there so I have no problem doing the race. My favorite race in the game is the 4H Nurburgring. It's great practice so when I finish racing school and race on the real thing :)

@d1versify Hate to disappoint you, but you'll have to keep your ps3 on for 2 weeks. No worries though, developer has said to implement a save feature in an update, so you can save during endurance races. Not sure how long it will take before it's implented though. Hope this helps :)

Whoever hasn't gotten this far yet you will like it at first but then once night time comes round all hell breaks loose. Does it get anymore extreme than racing a f1 gran turismo car in the dark and just when u thought it couldn't get any harder it starts raining. i got a fatty and its running for 8 days straight in permanent b-spec and she is not hot at all. GT5 is programmed very good and the ps3 takes the long runtime like a champ.

I love this game, but I hate how you can't save the long races. I'm not about to leave my ps3 on for a full week to beat one race. It'd kill my ps3 and it's not under warranty anymore. If I just bought a slim, i'd be happy to leave it on for weeks on end, and just keep replacing it for free when it broke from too much stress.

I've seen a lot of vids of this track and I have one question, Does it always start at sunset or can you select what time you want the race to begin and also does it follow the full 24 hour clock? it may sound stupid but I really want to get this game and just want to know

There are no settable options in Arcade mode, but when online, if you start up a game in your private lounge area, you can select any start time you want, and how fast the time progession is from 1x to 60x. Weather can be set as dynamic, or fixed clear

Options are somewhat limiting :/
