Seriously, it's okay to squeeze them, but BE CLEAN about it. Use a clean tissue folded in half wrapped around both CLEAN FINGERS. Then gently squeeze out the sebum and wipe it away with the tissue. Don't keep smearing it all over yourself. Wash before and after thoroughly.
