@Ultimateruffy It's probably from further playthroughs. Playthrough 2.5 is where everything is level 50, and weapons and items get better and better each time. I currently have a shield (NOT MODDED) from the FIRST playthrough, Mad Moxxi's Underdome, that has 1182 capacity. And that's the FIRST playthrough.

I am level 69 and finished the game on playthrough 2.5 including all dlc, and the best shield i have found is 2800 (it is a level 69 shield) I am sure there is better, but not by that much. His is 7000. I have gone through the armory may times and killed crawmerax 20 to 30 times and there is no shield even remotely close to 7000.
