now pacman ya he needs to go i have not seen a worthy thing that he has done for the cowboys yet and as far as TO being let go that would be a mistake. He is crucial and he is not getting the passes he usually gets because defensive focus on the pass is aimed at him....it is not uncommon for him to be double or triple teamed..once roy williams gets in his groove things will smooth out a little with the passing offense. Now as far as the defense is concerned we do have alot of ppl hurt

There's something going on in that lockerroom. Whether people want to admit it or not, your defense has gotten worse from week to week and now your offense is following them.
There is a breakdown going on in leadership and discipline.

Pacman would not have made Henry play any better. Jenkins got pushed around a lot early in the game but he got better. Henry is the biggest problem in the secondary, him and Roy just suck, but at least we don't have to deal with Roy anymore this year. How many times are we going to see Henry let a WR go to the safety who's not there and those to clowns pointing at and blaming each other after the play?

The thing is I don't think the Rams situation can be compared to the Cowboys. The players for the Rams hated Linehan and it wasn't a secret. Our guys have been saying that they loved Wade. I don't think the guy has changed since last season when they did better. If Wade was to get fired then what kind of message are you sending to the players? Sounds like a "Better luck next season" to me. I think they just need to go back to the fundamentals like Ware said. No penalties, turnovers, etc..

As far as the Bill Cowher issue is concerned, I wouldn't mind having him, honestly. There's a reason that certain coaches are successful and others aren't, and honestly, the bottom line is a balance of discipline and compassion, and Wade Phillips lacks discipline. We need someone to come in and start nailing the game of football into these players heads to remind them what they're getting paid millions of dollars to do: WIN A SUPER BOWL. Can't do that playing pop-warner defense and backyard off.

cowboys are lacking emotion from the sidelines, coaches, players alike. Your DC looks like he is in pre season form. If the defense plays like it is capable of, Brad Johnson has a much shorter field to work with and can get the ball to Witten and Barber. I am not so sure Roy willimas was the answer either shango. he actually could be a distraction if T.O. does not get the spotlight the way he likes. Tampa Bay is a highly emotional defense and they will present problems for Brad Johnson for sure

Brad Johnson did not make great decisions offesively. The defense did not played well except for D. Ware. Special team needs to do a better job overall. The coaches need to take responsibility for this lost.

Absolutely Shango, and Jerry Jones should start by axing Wade Phillips and his coaching staff before the Bucs game. Phillips was an average defensive coordinator not a head coach.
