Congressman, I was in Iraq with the 875th Engineer Battalion during the surge, and by the time we left, the unit after us was finding a fraction of the IEDs we were finding, along with the rest of the country.

We win. You merely get an epic fail.

The war was wrong from the beginning. Over 4,000 Americans and 100,000s of Iraqis have died in vain.

I personally dont give a fuck if the Surge reduced violence (which it didnt, the Anbar Awakening did) we need to leave do so immediately. American hegemony and imperialism must end.
