I can't stop thinkin about this similarity - every day it seems more and more likely the idea of Princess of China as a big cheat. Yestrday @ the Grammys Coldplay and Rihanna didn't even play it. that's sooo strange
Oh yeah, my message was signaled has a spam only because I expose my point of view. It is truly objective. But, mister ''THECOLDPLAYHATER '' is not. @vanessarrent What about for Viva la Vida (Joe Satriani or Cat Stevens), or 42 (the Strokes), or Paradise (the Peaches), or In My Place (Led Zeppelin)..? Did they ask the owners?

@THECOLDPLAYHATER Simple, Rihanna said that Chris asked that day too. They were both in Las Vegas for the same event the same evening. It's a fact! I could say the same for Bloody Stardust, is it that you were there when they registered or when they had the idea for the song? I don't think so. And Coldplay wouldn't get involved with a amateur band trying to make shameless headlines. Twats.
Let's try and clear this situation up, before it explodes for unknown reasons. I did some research, I went to their tumblr and read their article about this song and PoC, but two things were very fishy, three actually. First off, they say they have all this documentation of the process of making this song, but no evidence is there. Second, the L’eco di Bergamo article is a complete fake. Third, the Sun interview is rubbish, it exists nowhere but their website.. I call bullshit on Bloody Stardust
@ilikegoodmusicde a) the article is not a fake: l'ecodibergamo.it, write "bloody stardust" and you'll see the article. Or, if you're italian, you can read the whole newspaper

@ilikegoodmusicde sorry to contradict but i read the issue of eco di bergamo and i can guarantee there was the article they wrote about. you can't just say it's fake with no evidence while you accused them because there are no evidence of the making of the song. you contradict yourself
Wow, Good plagiarism. Chris Martin has asked Rihanna to sing in Princess Of China the December 31, 2010. So we may well imagine that the song and the rhythm was found long before that. So, Bloody Stardust are in trouble!
Coldplay did NOT copy then and that's that. Princess of China was play months before this video was released. If anyone plagiarised it was Bloody Stardust.
This song is Princess Of China with different lyrics, it's a copy not just plagirism, the structure is the same! My guess is: they went to Rock Im Park or listened to the fan videos on YouTube of the gig and made that...
Ugh what a shameless copy of Princess of China. You guys obviously saw their performance of Princess of China from one of the summer festivals and thought 'hmmm let's copy this unreleased Coldplay song and pretend it's ours'.
it's clear that they copied princess of china to gain some attention, and not the other way around. i mean, do you really think that back in 2009 chris martin heard a song of a band from bergamo, italy and decide to steal it? and, needless to say, this band was actually founded in 2009, so there's no need to discuss this anymore.
these guys have heard princess of china in june 2011, when coldplay played it live for the first time.
@bluemoonrising75 many months to write a song and produce a video for a no name band without any official marketing or something? some of our local bands write, record and produce a video in less than 2 weeks.
+ many months? how much? a year?
coldplay asked Rihanna in February 2011 to record THIS song with them
coldplay played the song in may and in june, there are a lot of youtube videos online and that's all!
i don't think it's bad that bloody stardust made a similar song, but shut up.
@pauli0512 if you read what I said, I said that it's just a case, and they're both two nice songs. we don't know who recorded it first, stop. that was just a strange melody-similarity,if you hear the tunes
Coldplay had played this at Glastonbury months before this came out. If anything, this is a blatant attempt at a copy. Silence to those that know fuck all. Get your facts straight.
@MyTaylorSwiftLove13 It's so *hilarious how every coldplay fan's saying that coldplay didn't steal the song. It's evident and it's not the first time, wake up!
Actually Coldplay first performed POC in May 2011 in London and on June 3rd in Rock Im Park in Germany. You can find many old videos of it on youtube.
@bluemoonrising75 Depends which one came first. I got here from "The Princess Of China" in the related video list. The title just seemed interesting. Lol
GUYS! coldplay didn't steal this song from bloody stardust. I bet he asked to use their song, and they accept. plus, he made it catchier and included rihanna... so its cool.
@froet213kil The Ha Tran one is just a sample - the matter is the whole song that it's incredibly similar to this tune, which is released and composed way before the Coldplay one. If really Coldplay stole the song, that would be an international case, and the guys (as said here in the comments) sure deserve the credits.
PS:Don't forget the last case of Every teardrop is a waterfall with an old Brazilian song. it seems to be the same matter..
I like this and the Coldplay version. :) But if these guys created the tune first, they deserve the credit for it. As for me, I will continue to enjoy both.
@TheGigisparta it seems very likely!Kaspar Hewitt is irish bluemoon is english and finally the band is italian... bloody stardust have fans all over the world or you said bullshit
@94thelory he has been saying bullshit since he joined this conversation.anyway I am not a fan of that band,I just discovered them on youtube a few days ago when I re-subscribed..I don't mind this video, that's all.
@kasparhewitt yep,obvious..First I thought it was another stolen song. However, I don't hear it as a plagiarism anymore. in my opinion, it's just the same result of an artistic growth.
I see so much anger against bloody stardust in some comments I dont understand why..insatisfaction? I dunno, but those people who blame this band are too ridiculous..if you dont like someone, fuss away..
it's pretty sad that all the authors of the comments made recently in this video did create their youtube user just a few day ago... what are the odds?? and they are pretty active in liking and disliking every comment, every negative comment has been buried and hided by your badasses-youtubers-fans
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
@bluemoonrising75 how retard are you? Does it looks like an argument to you? anyway, that video is about a plagiarisim FROM coldplay by some dudes, just like in this case. and i think coldplay sucks, i'm not a fan for sure. anyway, you should stop liking your own posts...
@TheGigisparta you know as much as I do about princess of china-life is a temple. but you don't know that my first account(bluemoonrisingspace) was deleted from youtube a few days ago due to stupid people accusing me with bullshit as you are doing know..and I see that you have subscribed recently, too!so u must shut up,useless being.
@bluemoonrising75 the video u gave us said that Blue Eyes or Not by Carry Brothers is a plagiarism of Sparks by Colplay => what do you want to point out from that bro ?
@davidhai2000 I meant that, in my opinion, Coldplay "are inspired" soo much by many - including Blue Eyes or Not by Carry Brothers. if you remember the trouble happened 'cause of their plagiarism from Joe satriani,4 example..
@bluemoonrising75 But Sparks released by 2000 and Blue Eyes or Not by Carry Brothers released in 2004 => looks like Carry Brothers is inspired by Cyldplay not opposing of it. Again, there are 4 songs that have the same chord with Viva la vida and Coldplay is the only one band accused to steal music => I don;t understand this. But still, like you said, Coldplay was inspired mostly by Joe from the rest. I just want to say that: why everybody takes similar sounds so seriously ???
@davidhai2000 you have to say it to all the people who criticized this band here above...I have my opinion, and it is that many bands have the same way of evolution. that's it. nothing else. there are many similarities, but as I said in a comment here, I don't hear many songs as a plagiarism now. Anyway, Carry Brothers played it before - if I'm not wrong - but that doesnt matter - they're just similar sounds, stop
@bluemoonrising75 Sr because this is what you said :"Coldplay're themselves a plagiarism" and now you say that they're just similar sounds => quickly change huh ? It looks like every idea and every sounds in music have been explored and now almost no song is completely original except the way the artist perform it. Not everyone can understand this clearly. Thanks for your thoughts ^^

@NeloGTz what happened is that Bloody Stardust published it before, but the real matter is we'r in front of a bunch of surprising guyz and a worldwide-selling rock band..that they just have the same ideas but theres no plagiarism by anyone, imo
Sheesh, who cares if Coldplay stole the song? Chris Martin made it as epic as it was ever gonna be so I don't give a care.......

it's pretty sad that all the authors of the comments made recently in this video did create their youtube user just a few day ago... what are the odds?? and they are pretty active in liking and disliking every comment, every negative comment has been buried and hided by your badasses-youtubers-fans

@bluemoonrising75 how retard are you? Does it looks like an argument to you? anyway, that video is about a plagiarisim FROM coldplay by some dudes, just like in this case. and i think coldplay sucks, i'm not a fan for sure. anyway, you should stop liking your own posts...
TheGigisparta 3 months ago
@TheGigisparta you know as much as I do about princess of china-life is a temple. but you don't know that my first account(bluemoonrisingspace) was deleted from youtube a few days ago due to stupid people accusing me with bullshit as you are doing know..and I see that you have subscribed recently, too!so u must shut up,useless being.
bluemoonrising75 3 months ago 9
@bluemoonrising75 the video u gave us said that Blue Eyes or Not by Carry Brothers is a plagiarism of Sparks by Colplay => what do you want to point out from that bro ?
davidhai2000 3 months ago
@davidhai2000 I meant that, in my opinion, Coldplay "are inspired" soo much by many - including Blue Eyes or Not by Carry Brothers. if you remember the trouble happened 'cause of their plagiarism from Joe satriani,4 example..
bluemoonrising75 3 months ago
@bluemoonrising75 But Sparks released by 2000 and Blue Eyes or Not by Carry Brothers released in 2004 => looks like Carry Brothers is inspired by Cyldplay not opposing of it. Again, there are 4 songs that have the same chord with Viva la vida and Coldplay is the only one band accused to steal music => I don;t understand this. But still, like you said, Coldplay was inspired mostly by Joe from the rest. I just want to say that: why everybody takes similar sounds so seriously ???
davidhai2000 3 months ago

MrDadada2424 3 months ago 9
@MrDadada2424 i don't say that, only just begining ,and Coldplay can completely invented it
NeloGTz 3 months ago
@NeloGTz what happened is that Bloody Stardust published it before, but the real matter is we'r in front of a bunch of surprising guyz and a worldwide-selling rock band..that they just have the same ideas but theres no plagiarism by anyone, imo
