I have seen something similar on mine (Raid 1). It SEEMS to be related to me filling the shared volume, which by default was everything.
If I remove both disk, I can boot once again. In order to use the disks, I need to DELETE the existing partitions via some other system (USB connect to a linux server and fdisk).
I'm still fighting with this. So far I have lost all data from the device several times.
@CraigECampbell I don't think that would solve my problem. One of the disks is simply not posting on other mobos either, which suggests to me that it's the (in)famous Seagate problem.
Losing the data is not an option for me, so I am still struggling to recover it..
How many disks do you have installed?
