There is nothing quite like turning round a buoy when 15 other swimmer want to do the same thing as you - get as close round it as possible. If you haven't experienced this.. take a look at your washing machine.

my fiancé was an Elite Swimmer and he thought it was torture and quit after 3/4 years, but you can't blame him it does look pretty tough, they're swimming against the current
