I live on marlou place and frequently take walks around town with my small child; and I believe that from Cristo's Banquet Center to Kesslers on Liberty is the worst walking rout we have come accross. I think another project of the city should be the trian over pass by penguin point which is a huge eye sore and cannot be a safe structure to walk under. I believe there is a long list of things the city could do to make plymouth a much better town to live in.

You go to South Bend especially in the winter people in the inner city don't even use the sidewalks they walk down the middle of the road.

There is a pretty serious lack of safety in town. The only ones that are kept up are on Michigan, where the Blueberry Festival is through.

That's almost the same route my wife and I take to the store.
If the city is going to claim places are within city limits, it is their DUTY to provide infrastructure!
