To an earlier comment, this is the original version of Tran-sister. After Robin and I left the group Ian employed session musos to replicate our parts on the Neo album.

What was the equipment used in that video and by the Simon bros-era Neo? I can recognize Robin is using a Les Paul Custom (Gibson?) and Ian a sort of Precision.

Single or demo version of the song? I read the single (along the album) was made by Ian North and the hired musicians.

This track was recorded by Ian North, Paul Simon and Robin Simon in 1977. It is unreleased .
