    pull downs?

    if you don't have a pull down-pulley then you can always:

    a. get a stool/chair, place it under the pull up bar.

    b. lift yourself up with your legs so your chin is at the bar level (on a pull up position)

    c. place your hands in the air and try to do the pull down part of the pull-up without any assist from your legs

    d. repeat step b

    that's how i got started, now i can do like 15 pull ups with flawless form :D

  • your uperbody is good, but i would work my legs out more often is i were you, great job.

  • you really shouldn't use machines for compound exercises. It gives an unnatural form

  • that gym is ridiculous. i would never leave the place. I can't believe Universities have gyms like that nowadays. That pretty much beats any gym open to the public i've ever seen. Can you deadlift there?

  • @GymBiZFitness this is a way of breaking away from the routine of just one group at a time (Muscle confusion) and when did I refer to this routine as my own, I put the link to the entire routine in the description box.

  • @GymBiZFitness you're a dumb mother fucker ,when u perform back work out you also use your biceps and shoulders. your comment shows that your have a lack of knowing about workout.
