  • Keep coming back to this one! If jim could fix it I'd love this on Vinyl! Needs scratching on the hook though I'm available all year except hanakah and eid!

  • Hey MrSP1200 help... My record button is stikin and a couple other keypad buttons ain't akin right!

  • @kennylauderdale ..peace kenny check the SP1200 forum but if you really need in depth tutorials then cop the SP1200 book that has a great section on all aspects of maintenance.

  • The SP-1200 and SL1200 workin together have made some of the best music ever put out :)

  • Love it. Prefer this beat with the lyrics than the orig beat!

  • SP12 sounds so NICE!!

  • real hedz recognize..1

  • oh yeah hot shit. i like it!! i like it!!!

  • Damn son, you aint playin!

Dope live remix, better than the original in my book, which I recall being a little dull.

You got records too, that Nucleus - Roots LP is rare round these parts.

Again good work, you are fast becomin my favourite man on the SP, keep em comin.

  • You've got the golden touch.

    This remix is bad ass.

5 Stars..........(If you dont mind me asking, what kind of turntable and mixer do you use for you're scratching?)

  • Cheers man,

The only turntables for me are my trusty Technics SL1200's, had them since 1986 (hence my old school cuttin) like the SP they are true classics.

I got the Rane TTM-56 mixer, again best in class in my opinion.

  • Wonderful...Thanks for replying!

  • nice beat bro..eh you ever try pdx2000s with the sp1200? yo i pick that over the tec anyday..tecs are a bit frail and lack some features making dope for the sp. i believe that the pdx2000 was designed with the sp1200 in mind if you check some of the imput used to design it...just a bit of insight that you problay alredy know..DOPE ...5stars.

  • Technics are a bit frail? are you serious Loop? had mine since 86, they are built like a tank!. I have used Vestax PDX's & I find they feel cheap, the plastic case scratches easily & there a nightmare to play 45's sets on.

Yeah they have more pitch but I find if you speed up more than the Technics + 8 & slow down on the SP the sound can get really warped, which me nah want.

I love my 1200's & would never change.

Funny how people see things differently & glad you like the beat sir, cheers.

  • same picture different eyes....hahaha much respect to you homie, its just i feel the same about the pdx..my friend had a used pair for 10years now.i had mine for a few years, and i think they feel like tanks. the something about the tecs swingarm makes me nervous. but to each his own, if you had em since 86 your shit is holding solid homie. thats whats up. hahahah i dont think anyone could win this discussion...there both dope . thats for shure. peace dude.

  • Sp! Beer! Records! Damn I should do this too some day... cool remix too.

  • fresh is this

  • Damn, this one's nice! Good enough for an official remix. Too bad it's 12 years too late to be included on that 12". ; )
