The clip with the Viper crashing is from High Octane, they werent really racing through the bit where they crash. he just went too wide and started braking on the dusty edge of the road.

Are you sure? I'm pretty sure Schumacher has the only all black FXX, and a couple others have white racing stripes. Besides, the way the crowd was responding to it made it seem like it was Schumi's.
