@erwinjaypepito-Target Combo, EX Spinning Bird Kick and Ultra? To do that, you need to charge while you're in the air. Charge is diagonal back (or vice cersa), then up +2 kicks (you keep the charge), then forward, back, forward + 3 kicks. Hope this helps. Or is it something else?

Notice that ハネヤマさん did the target combo, then EX spinning bird kick in the last round. At 1:22-1:24, he did that as well on the second round. Only difference is he juggled the Ultra at the end on the final fight. What a great ending to the finish!

Both players played well. I love Chun-Li (I main her as well), but I don't like Ken (he's more of a show off to be honest, but his move set is good).

then for ex bird you do up + back and you'll still have back charged

then you do the ultra which is hold back than forward back forward and you know the rest

@LUFUJ I know this sounds rediculous, but whoever was playing as Chun charged the Ex kick while doing the spin kick, but the instant he did the motion, he most likely started charging the Ultra. The ex kick takes a bit, and you have some time while the opponent is in midair to charge the ultra. It's really rediculous, but it's definitely possible.

You should try out them to find one that suits you best...

I, for example, am better with Ken cuz i've studied his basic combos and his inputs are easier, If you play defensively, you should try Guile, if you're more offensive, try Zangief. If you're fast, El Fuerte might be better, and if you wish a unpredictable char, Abel could be your best friend. Also, Sagat is a overpowered and nice char, Boxer is good to pin down... etc.
