you have any idea how expensive hockey is? even middle income familes are having a hard time sending their kids to hockey programs, so for a low income family, from a which the majority of black ppl are from, its nearly impossible.

Have you ever seen Gretzky and Lemieux play hundreds of games? I did. Lemieux is better. More points per game too. But Orr could have been better. I won't even mention Maurice Richard who was the first to score 50 goals in 50 games...

Remember Laraque got one big advantage on almost any fighter in the NHL; he's a lefty. This means he was used all his carrer to fight righties, but to all his (righty) opponents he is difficult to handle. Lefties have the advantage usually. Same in boxing.

Have you ever seen Gretzky and Lemieux play hundreds of games? I did. Lemieux is better. More points per game too. But Orr could have been better. I won't even mention Maurice Richard who was the first to score 50 goals in 50 games...

Maurice Richard and Mike Bossy are probably the two purest goal scorers ever. Orr is the greatest defenceman ever. Lemieux is the most talented ever. Gretzky is the greatest passer, who somehow scored more than anyone else. Nobody saw the ice like Gretzky, not Orr, Lemieux, Francis, or Larionov. That's all....

'Cause to you, Hasek might've been the greatest goalie in the last 20 years, but I know a ton of people who would name the NHL's only 3-time Conn Smythe winner as not only the greatest in the last 20 years, but the greatest of all-time. Also, I don't think Ovi is better than Crosby. They're both great at what they do, both have completely different styles. It's a silly debate, nothing more.
