  • @chevelle0508 Hey Chevelle, Thanks for the support, my Mom & I greatly appreciate your encouragement, we can use all we can get. Ya, we both had a victory this week. Now the key is what to do this week to build on this new momentum. I tend to set back & have a treat when I do well, but not this time, as right now, in 2 minutes I am getting on the tread mill for a 5 mile power walk & will do this at least 4 times this week, so when friday comes again, I'd have dropped another 2.6 Lb's.

    You are so right about ice cream. it is such a killer! My fiance made homemade ice cream and i had an ice cream craving during week 4. lol you guys are fun to watch :)

  • @bella6689 Hi Bella: You say haven't lost any wt. & have completed 4 wks. of WW. I say, what a great warm up! Ok, you know what is not working, step-1, now let's try something different this wk., like no sweets or eating after 9pm & always eat breakfast. Just doing this will give u wt. loss next wk, I promise. So just do it OK? Mom says thank u for the comments about her, I love hearing them 2 thanks so much & We both look forward to seeing your results next wk. as we know u will do it this wk.

  • @backtoharmony i've been doing really good this week. My goals are to go on three walks and eat less of my weekly points. I feel really positive. thanks for the encouragement!

  • @bella6689 Thant's great Bella, Now why do u want to eat less than your weekly point's when that's what WW prescribed for you? I think that's where we go wrong, don't be a super star, just be ordinary.See if you can stay within your weekly points as best u can, & also do your walking. But don't deprive yourself too much, as that's a prescription for failure. WW is a little-by-little program, that's why it's the most popular Wt loss program in the world & because it simply works.
